Westford students headed out recently to Green Up along the town roads. Many thanks to Kurt Sherman for organizing our annual event, and to the many parents who helped make the day happen.
All students who will be in the 5th -- 8th grades next year are invited to participate in Westford's athletic programs. We need to assess interest in the various teams in the spring in order to be ready in the fall. Information packets are available online or at the school.
Students are well versed in evacuating the building, and during our May drill, we will walk through our relocation procedure to the White Church on Brookside Road. We anticipate the drill will take around 30 minutes. While the drill is occurring, you will receive the alert message informing you of the drill.

30 days of nurturing your children's spirits
The Nurturing Parenting Program is an educational program that involves the whole family. This FREE 14 week program begins March 23rd and runs Wednesday evenings 6-8pm at Hinesburg Community School Childcare and a light dinner are also included!
We were blown away once again at the Food Shelf today by the amazing 100th day food drive organized by Ms. Piotrowski and the primary team!
Primary students celebrate the 100th day of school with a food drive. Students, staff, teachers and parents gather donations, walk these items to the food shelf each year, and carefully sort items to stock shelves.
Westford Elementary School recently received a $500 grant from the ExxonMobil Educational Alliance Program to support the school’s math and science programs.
